We currently deliver across the UK mainland. For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or islands, please contact our support team for availability and pricing.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Larger items, such as furniture or appliances, may take up to 7–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Yes. For selected items, we offer assembly and installation services at checkout. These options are clearly shown on eligible product pages.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
